W2P2 – Creating a Feel Good Now Week

Putting self development training to the test. In these blogs I am reading and testing the Intimate Modeling course from Ken Haberman.

To start with

I, Jakob De Proft, Accept my Feel Good Now Week Mindsets an commit to adopting them during the Feel Good Now Week.

  • Treat your feelings as your inner GPS

My vision for the Feel Good Now Week is to feel as good as I can and take each moment as it comes.

This week I will take full ownership of my Feel Good Now Week experiences and understand that they are an outer reflection of my inner world.

I will rate my thoughts – at least 10 times a day (the more, the better then it becomes a routine) – and will keep my personal diary as well I will update this blog.

I will create an every day Feel Good Now Intimate Modeling Experience. Sometimes small, sometimes big.

Also – I will re-read the optional activities I can do every week.

Getting into the mood

I didn’t felt right away in the mood. It took some time for me. Always thoughts in my mind that I simply had to reframe. That is laborious work!

Taking a walk outside and now putting the right music on the background give me energy. Of course it might be totally different for you!

I hardly know what I will do my intimate modeling on. Feeling good of course – but what subject! I know – I just live my coaching career. I really want to expand this!

I offerend free coaching on twitter for the first three retweeters. This didn’t seem to work. That’s good – I know what is not working. Let’s work on a new way of promotion that does work!

As I am writing – the music does it’s thing. Feeling great. (Empire of the Sun soundtrack).


Intimate Modeling

This was a great experience. I really felt good and empowered.

I did it all from my living room – imagining that I was writing a great lecture inspiring thousands of others. I was having a talk about this with some friends while I was in the mountains. OK – hard to get? Anyway – the instructions from Intimate Modeling were simple and worked.

After that I made a major mistake. I openen my computer that started with the news. The news is not really positive or empowering. It really caused a fallback in my feelings.

Here is my advice if you would do the same: DO NOT WATCH OR LISTEN TO THE NEWS for the coming weeks. Unless you need to or if you are able to see the positive side from everything that happens.

The next days

The next days the routine will be more or less the same as today. I’m expecting that from tomorrow on I can write more about tangible results.


I’m experiencing confusion. As I am writing this – it’s a couple of hours after the IM session. I work in two worlds in which I am good: Coaching and Outdoor.  I experience that at this moment I can’t do both good at the same time. Do I have to choose? Is there a way to do both good? There must be! Who has such an experience? Who can help me in this?
